Christmas is just around the corner and it's time to start thinking of what booze to get into the house to enjoy with family and friends.
This week's cocktail is a gem from Reverend Hubert, whose Winter Gin Liqueur recipe was created by The Reverend Hubert Bell Lester in 1904 and updated to what it is today by his great-grandson Thomas Lester.
Reverend Hubert's Champagne Cocktail
Place a sugar cube in your glass and sprinkle dashes of Angostura orange bitters (or original) on the cube.
Next add 15ml of Reverend Hubert's winter liqueur.
Top up with Champagne or Prosecco.
Finally drop in a Maraschino cherry.
